DAMAGED / OVER-PROCESSED HAIR
Best suited for damaged or over-processed hair, this restorative routine strengthens, repairs, and protects the hair fiber, helping restore resilience, shine, and softness over time.
Recommended use: 2–3 times per week, depending on damage level.
Step 1 – Therapy Butter
Apply a generous amount to dry hair before every wash. Focus on damaged areas (usually mid-lengths to ends) and leave on for 10–15 minutes. For deeper hydration, wrap your hair in a warm towel.
Step 2 – Shampoo
Massage gently into the scalp to remove impurities and product buildup without overloading the ends. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 3 – Conditioner
Apply from mid-length to ends and leave on for at least 5 minutes. It helps rebuild the hair fiber, enhancing softness and elasticity.
Step 4 – Leave-In
Before styling, apply a small amount focusing on the ends to protect against heat and add extra shine.
FINE / OILY HAIR
Ideal routine for hair that gets weighed down easily or has oily roots:
Designed for fine or oily hair, this routine provides lightweight hydration and cleansing that refreshes the scalp while keeping the lengths nourished and bouncy—without heaviness.
Recommended use: Daily or every other day depending on oiliness. Therapy Butter suggested once per week.
Step 1 – Therapy Butter
Use once a week only on the ends to avoid excess oil. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Step 2 – Shampoo
Apply to the roots and leave on for 2 minutes for a deep cleanse. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 3 – Conditioner
Apply a small amount only to the ends and leave on for 1 minute. Rinse well to avoid any residue that could weigh hair down.
Step 4 – Leave-In
Prefer a small amount only on the edges, before using heat tools. Avoid the root.
Ideal routine for curly hair and hair in need of hydration and smooth texture:
Perfect for naturally curly, dry, or frizzy hair types, this routine delivers deep moisture, enhances curl definition, and leaves hair silky-smooth and manageable.
Recommended use: 2–3 times per week. Therapy Butter can also be used as a leave-in treatment.
Step 1 – Shampoo

Step 2 – Conditioner
Apply generously from roots to ends and leave on for 5–10 minutes. Detangle using a wide-tooth comb while the conditioner is still on.
Step 3 – Therapy Butter
Apply after shampooing and before styling for deep nourishment, anti-frizz protection, and enhanced curl definition. No rinse required.
Tip: Always rinse with lukewarm or cool water to enhance shine and protect the hair.
Hot water can dry out the hair and reduce the effectiveness of treatments. The right temperature smooths the cuticle and locks in nourishment.
Sun & Treatment Protection
Apply Therapy Butter before sun exposure, swimming in the sea or pool, and before any chemical treatment (e.g., coloring, bleaching, highlights, or perm).
